@Padavalamkuttanpilla: I added 2 Iranica pages that are English, however, does it really need to be in English? I think in guideline it was stated that it does not matter what language the sources are in. --Salazar the terrible (talk) 12:06, 21 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
That's correct; see WP:NONENG. Ping Padavalamkuttanpilla. Schwede66 23:19, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Categories

[edit]

Hi there. Wondering: why did you remove these two categories?[1] - LouisAragon (talk) 15:01, 2 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@LouisAragon: Because the structure is in Yazd and the categories you added were for Kerman. --Salazar the terrible (talk) 15:29, 2 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Aha, seems I made a mistake there. Gonna fix it now. Btw, you can quickly fix categories yourself rather than deleting them by clicking on the "+" right next to the "-". Thank you for your edits so far! - LouisAragon (talk) 17:25, 2 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Autopatrolled granted

[edit]

Hi Salazar the terrible, I just wanted to let you know that I have added the "autopatrolled" permission to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the autopatrolled right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. However, you should consider adding relevant wikiproject talk-page templates, stub-tags and categories to new articles that you create if you aren't already in the habit of doing so, since your articles will no longer be systematically checked by other editors (User:Evad37/rater and User:SD0001/StubSorter.js are useful scripts which can help). Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! Schwede66 15:25, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

A barnstar for you!

The Original Barnstar
Thank you for your edits on Iran-related articles! Your hard work does not go unnoticed! - LouisAragon (talk) 22:22, 12 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks a lot! And sorry I forgot to send this earlier😅 Salazar the terrible (talk) 18:58, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

PS: I notice you often use Persian sources. If you're in need of English-language WP:RS (which would definitely be preferential), please don't hesitate to let me know. - LouisAragon (talk) 22:26, 12 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@LouisAragon: The reason I use Persian language sources often is that the articles I create are almost exclusively translates from Persian Wikipedia, and I use the sources form there. Salazar the terrible (talk) 11:22, 13 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
